Tanya George was the personal assistant (P/A) to both the Managing Director and myself for a period of 6 years from 2000 to 2006.
Tanya’s role consisted of compiling management reports, organising business quotes, client liaison and a variety of admin and accounting responsibilities.
Tanya would also arrange the national company conferences which would entail the content of the conference and travel and accommodation for approximately 50 delegates.
During her time with us I found Tanya, reliable, competent, efficient, professional and friendly.
I found Tanya had the ability to liaise with people at all levels and never felt at any time that she was out of her depth.
Tanya’s strong points were her ability to prioritise the work, consistently meet deadlines and generally second guess in advance what needed to be done and then do it !!
Her ability to think “outside the square” and find ways to improve procedures and company policies were invaluable to our organisation.
